CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to supervise analytics, dashboards, and strategic operations for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. You will work with clinical and product teams to define metrics and deliver data-driven insights for market leadership.

The role requires strong collaboration, EQ, and 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations, with hybrid work arrangements in select markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health care administration or business.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations; value-based care or behavioral health preferred.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience building performance dashboards and defining metrics.
• Strong collaboration, EQ, and ability to connect stakeholders across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own analytics related to program performance including KPIs and costs.
• Build Power BI dashboards to measure program performance for executives.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders.
• Partner with EMR product, analytics, and clinical teams to define metrics.
• Define product features and support delivery with PCO clinicians.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to implement and adopt strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director as needed.
