Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• Experience with Earned Value and baseline concepts across multiple contracts and control accounts.
• Experience with cost performance reporting and analysis in financial systems.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Survivability Development Programs Operating Unit financial planning deliverables.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and conduct analyses (funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, variance).
• Monitor costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control systems and perform EVM tasks (WBS, budget baseline, estimates to complete).
• Prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Support audits, annual operating plans, and long-range strategic planning; contribute financial inputs to internal reports and dashboards.
