Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Control Analyst (Level 2) to join our team on-site in San Diego, CA. This role interfaces with program managers and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis, with emphasis on Earned Value and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S.Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish Work Breakdown Structure and budgeted cost of work scheduled.
• Maintain objective performance criteria and estimates to complete.
• Prepare and review cost performance reports and variance analyses.
