Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 3 in Redondo Beach, CA. You will interface with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to provide financial support and analysis on multiple contracts.

The role covers Earned Value management, cost analysis, and reporting to meet government guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to major aerospace programs and grow within a respected defense leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant professional experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with EVMS and cost control methodologies.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Assist audits and reviews; provide fact-finding support.
• Prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters.
• Perform EVMS tasks including WBS development and budget baseline.
• Other duties as assigned
