Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related with 2+ years of financial work experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to build complex reports and models.
• Knowledge of government contracting, budgeting, and forecasting principles.

Responsibilities

• Generate program performance baselines (PMB) and implement approved changes.
• Prepare program financial reports and analyze cost variances and trends.
• Forecast and report annual operating plans and labor resources.
• Monitor budget performance and assist with corrective actions as needed.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks and rate submissions.
