Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 4 to join our team onsite in Dulles, VA or Redondo Beach, CA. You will set up cost control systems, manage budgets, perform variance analysis, and develop cost models to support pricing and proposals.

The role requires strong experience in EVM, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration with PM, Engineering, and Capture teams. 100% onsite work with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience, OR Master’s with 6 years, OR PhD with 4 years.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting; MS Office proficiency.
• Defense industry and program cost control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Support audits and government reviews; provide fact-finding and negotiation support.
• Perform Earned Value Management tasks including WBS, budgets, and EV reports.
• Build and maintain cost models for programs, proposals, and internal business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve estimating accuracy and cost modeling.
