Job summary

Housing Works, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Coordinator to oversee all service and operational aspects of the DHS Special Populations Hotel, coordinating with the Director of Social Services and the Managing Director of Hotel Programs. You will supervise the Operations Manager, Case Manager Supervisor, and Program Assistant.

You will provide strategic input, manage daily operations, lead clinical and team meetings in the Director's absence, and oversee key projects.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with scheduling.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with homeless migrant population.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide documented supervision and guidance to Operations Manager, Case Manager Supervisor and Program Assistant.
• Support the Director of Social Services in achieving the program's goals and lead meetings in the Director's absence.
• Coordinate regular team meetings and participate in staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Act as program representative at community meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop and update program policies with Directors; enforce house rules.
• Engage in advocacy to end homelessness and HIV/AIDS; manage incident reports and KPIs.
