Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field and supervisory experience.
• 3+ years working with homeless population providing case management and referrals.
• Experience with harm reduction, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and crisis de-escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing, planning, organizing, supervising staff and directing housing and support services.
• Collaborate across departments to align projects with organizational goals and manage budgets.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure contract compliance and ethical practices.
• Monitor rent ledgers and ensure timely rent payments.
• Review quality control systems and conduct weekly file reviews for QA.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations and recruitment processes.
• Develop external provider relationships and report program performance data.
