Job summary

The Special Populations Hotel Operations Manager at Housing Works oversees all physical operations within the facility, including IT, Office Services, Purchasing, and meal distribution and inventory. This role partners with vendors and serves as the primary liaison between program staff and hotel operations, supervising five Residential Aide Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in social services dealing with HIV/AIDS, homelessness, mental health or substance use.
