Job summary

Housing Works seeks a Program Coordinator to provide programmatic and clinical leadership for the Pitkin supportive congregate housing program, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising case management staff, and delivering resident-centered services aligned with funder requirements.

You will balance clinical oversight with staff development, drive quality assurance, and coordinate operations to promote housing stability, resident engagement, and safety within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMSW or LMHC or equivalent degree.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with homelessness and housing programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all programmatic and clinical operations to ensure compliance with funder regulations and best practices in supportive housing.
• Provide documented supervision and professional development to Housing Case Managers and related program staff.
• Lead in crisis intervention and resident support to promote housing stability and safety.
• Represent the program at interdisciplinary meetings and treatment planning sessions.
• Ensure timely completion of resident assessments and service plans within 30 days of admission with timely updates.
