Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of project control experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Strong MS Office, Cobra, and Unanet skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand contract terms across multiple contract types and ensure compliance.
• Forecasting, cost control, and revenue updates for programs.
• Prepare manpower and non-labor forecasts; support resource planning.
• Produce IPMRs and status reports for management and customers.
• Coordinate with KO, COR, COTR, PM, and subcontractor teams.
