Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation seeks an entry-level Program Control Analyst to join the Operations Management Services Directorate. You will provide project financial planning and scheduling support across multiple programs, assisting PMs with EVMS baselines and status analysis.

Collaboration with PMs, managers, and VPs is essential. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or 3–4 years related experience), proficiency in Excel, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years of experience in project management support and project status analysis.
• Experience communicating financial and schedule information to PMs and management.
• Understanding of basic accounting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes financial and schedule data from PMs and accounting systems; identifies cost or schedule trends.
• Maintains and presents financial and schedule information to management levels.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and contract requirements; participates in audits and interfaces with government auditors.
