Job summary

SHI is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to help optimize revenue-related initiatives and drive organizational transformation.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and collaborate with technical teams and leadership to achieve measurable outcomes. Primary focus on Revenue Intelligence development lifecycle, with involvement in GTM, service lifecycle, and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, launches, and campaign execution.
• Experience supporting service or product lifecycle management activities.
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% for industry conferences and SHI events.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, continuous improvement opportunities, and backlog items.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams; maintain traceability from requirements to outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans; track roadmap priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
• Execute and scale the Revenue Intelligence operating model; plan sprints and deliver releases.
• Standardize delivery practices across SOS initiatives and improve execution models.
• Own execution tooling and governance through Asana; ensure visibility and alignment.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and GTM readiness; provide status updates.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting; analyze trends and drive improvements.
• Develop internal communications for initiatives, launches, and lifecycle changes.
• Ensure messaging is clear and aligned to leadership, sales, and delivery.
