Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to drive execution and continuous improvement of the Revenue Intelligence portfolio.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and drive operational excellence across SOS initiatives. You will partner with technical development teams and leadership to align with GTM launches, service lifecycle changes, and strategic programs, contributing to enterprise transformation and

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across analytics, GTM, and service domains.
• Support go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, launches, and campaign execution.
• Develop and govern delivery plans, roadmaps, and backlog items across SOS initiatives.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through delivery to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, and backlogs.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams; maintain traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans; track roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and intake prioritization.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness for Revenue Intelligence.
• Standardize delivery practices and identify opportunities for process improvements across teams.
• Own execution tooling and governance through Asana; ensure visibility and alignment with strategic objectives.
