Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to drive the Revenue Intelligence portfolio and broader transformation initiatives.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes. The role focuses on the Revenue Intelligence development lifecycle and supports GTM, service lifecycle, and internal communications as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Program and project management skills across analytics, GTM, and service domains.
• Understand and improve end-to-end service lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with enablement, pipeline tracking, and launch coordination.
• Comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ability to distill complex initiatives into clear messaging for leadership, sales, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and sessions to gather requirements, KPI definitions, and backlog items.
• Partner with development and business teams to refine requirements and maintain traceability.
• Develop and maintain project plans across SOS initiatives with milestones and dependencies.
• Execute Revenue Intelligence operating model, including sprint planning and release readiness.
• Standardize delivery practices across SOS initiatives and improve execution models.
• Own execution governance through Asana with prioritized, visible work.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and GTM readiness across initiatives.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting aligning KPI definitions across initiatives.
• Create executive communications, release notes, enablement materials, and internal briefings.
• Ensure messaging is clear and tailored to leadership, sales, and delivery audiences.
