Job summary

SHI is seeking a Strategic Analytics & Transformation Manager to deliver data-driven insights and financial analysis for SHI's strategic sales organization. You will develop forecasting models, measure campaign effectiveness, and create scalable reporting frameworks to inform business decisions.

This role blends financial acumen with AI-enabled automation to improve sales productivity, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights across revenue, gross margin, pipeline, and bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Financial Analysis, BI, or related.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Dynamics, or comparable analytics/CRM platforms.
• Strong forecasting methodologies, KPI management, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational models supporting revenue growth and forecasting.
• Analyze sales performance trends and prepare executive-ready reporting.
• Perform scenario modeling, investment analysis, and business-case development for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes.
• Monitor and report key metrics: revenue, gross margin, pipeline, bookings, and quota attainment.
• Design and maintain KPI scorecards, dashboards, and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Track campaign adoption, pipeline influence, and ROI; build attribution approaches.
• Apply AI-enabled technologies to enhance reporting, forecasting, and workflows.
