Zusammenfassung

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Strategic Analytics & Transformation Manager to deliver data-driven insights, financial analysis, and sales performance reporting for SHI's strategic sales organization.

You will forecast, measure campaign effectiveness, and create scalable reporting frameworks to support informed decisions. The role blends financial acumen with AI-enabled automation to improve sales productivity, reporting, and governance across revenue, gross margin, pipeline, and bookings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Adminstration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Financial Analysis, BI, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Dynamics, or comparable analytics/CRM platforms.
• Strong forecasting, KPI management, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial/operational models supporting revenue growth and planning.
• Analyze sales performance trends and prepare executive-ready reporting.
• Perform scenario modeling and business-case development for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leadership to improve forecast accuracy.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Track campaign adoption, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and strategic partners to optimize programs.
