KeHE Distributors is hiring a Senior Manager, Production Operations to lead warehouse operations, inbound/outbound, inventory control, and workforce management across multiple shifts. You will partner with Transportation, Inventory, Safety, Finance, and HR to meet performance targets and safety standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and 6+ years in warehouse leadership. Occasional non-standard shifts and weekend work may be required.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain/ops/business.
• 6+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing leaders or teams.
• Experience in food, grocery, or consumer goods preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for daily and strategic warehouse operations including labor planning, safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse management staff and frontline leaders.
• Monitor performance using KPIs (on-time shipping, productivity, inventory accuracy, safety incidents).
• Conduct daily operational reviews with leadership and ensure execution of plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve problems and align site strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks and sponsor Lean/Six Sigma process improvements.
• Ensure OSHA and food safety regulatory standards compliance.
• Develop operational forecasts and resource plans with Finance.
• Lead on the warehouse floor with hands-on leadership style.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
