Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking an Operations Systems Senior Manager to lead a team across enterprise Warehouse Management, Labor Management, and Distribution Systems. This role partners with Distribution Center leadership to drive standardized processes and measurable improvements in service, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WMS implementations, multi-site project leadership, and a strategic mindset to deliver scalable technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in warehouse/distribution systems.
• Experience leading multi-site WMS projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Systems leads and analysts.
• Set priorities and support employee development.
• Drive successful WMS implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure milestones and objectives are met.
• Partner with DC leadership to translate needs into tech solutions.
