Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Production Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory control. You will drive safety, accuracy, and KPI achievement while developing frontline teams and partnering across functions.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse ops with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree preferred. The position is full-time at our Florida facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years in warehouse operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across shift(s).
• Plan daily shift workloads and coach leads and associates.
• Ensure SOPs and KPI targets are met for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Inventory, HR, Safety, and other teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational discipline.
• Support flexible shifts including weekends as needed.
