KeHE Distributors, LLC seeks a Director of Operations to plan, direct and control warehousing, distribution and transport activities at the distribution center. Ensure safe, cost-effective operations and compliance with OSHA standards while protecting company assets.

The role requires strong leadership, policy implementation, and the ability to manage production schedules and inventory control across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in warehouse/distribution.
• At least 5 years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Read, comprehend and write English.
• Experience operating a forklift, security systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to work varied shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities.
• Implement operating policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and protect assets.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors.
• Coordinate on-time truck departures to meet schedules.
• Maintain safety and sanitation programs.
