KeHE Distributors, LLC in California is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Operations to lead multi-shift warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound, inventory control, and workforce management. You will partner with Transportation, Inventory, Safety and Finance to meet performance targets and safety standards.

The role requires 6+ years of leadership experience in distribution, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong Lean/Six Sigma and analytics skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business administration or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership experience.
• Experience in food, grocery or consumer goods preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership for daily and strategic warehouse operations including labor planning and safety.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse management staff and frontline leaders.
• Monitor performance using KPIs to meet goals and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Inventory, HR and Safety to align site strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks and sponsor Lean/Six Sigma based improvements.
• Ensure OSHA and food safety regulatory compliance.
