Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Stockton, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Production Operations to lead warehouse operations across inbound/outbound, inventory control, and workforce management. You’ll drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement while partnering with Transportation, Inventory, Finance, and HR to meet service targets.

This hands-on leadership role requires 6+ years of warehouse leadership, a background in food/grocery, and the ability to develop leaders and optimize Lean/Six

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership experience.
• Experience in food, grocery, or consumer goods preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily and strategic warehouse operations, including labor planning, safety, productivity, quality and customer service.
• Lead and develop warehouse management staff and frontline leaders; support growth and succession planning.
• Monitor performance with KPIs to meet or exceed goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Inventory, HR and Safety to align site strategy.
• Ensure OSHA and food safety compliance and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
