Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Florida seeks a Senior Manager, Production Operations to lead inbound/outbound, inventory control and workforce management across multiple shifts. You will drive safety, accountability and continuous improvement while aligning with cross-functional partners.

You’ll coach managers and frontline leaders, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time performance in a high-volume, food and product distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field is required or preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership experience, including managing leaders or teams.
• Experience in the food, grocery, or consumer goods industry preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily and strategic warehouse operations including labor planning and safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse management staff and frontline leaders.
• Monitor KPIs to meet or exceed goals and drive performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve problems and implement initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison for distribution center leadership and support functions.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and develop resource forecasts.
• Promote hands-on leadership and adapt to varying shifts and demands.
