Job summary

CTDI, a leading engineering, repair, and logistics company, seeks an Operations Supervisor in Charlestown, IN. This on-site role requires strong leadership to oversee production lines, manage KPIs, and coach staff to meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of leadership experience, a technical degree or certification, and proficiency with SAP and Excel. Expect a Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM schedule, with overtime as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high volume production setting is required.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and coaching abilities are essential.
• Technical degree or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and technical activity of production lines.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide first level of support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Train, motivate, and support staff in procedures and expectations.
• Coach employees on performance and document outcomes.
• Manage attendance, payroll, and daily performance reporting.
