Job summary

CTDI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday) in Charlestown, IN. You will manage multiple departments, drive efficiency, and ensure adherence to SLAs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and P&L, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations while fostering a

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with P&L/budgets and KPI driving.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in WMS, inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Effective communication and leadership across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and productivity.
• Manage reports, analytics, and daily P&L reporting, including KPI targets.
• Monitor inventory and optimize stock levels to reduce costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide escalation support during shifts and collaborate on process improvements.
• Utilize WMS and other tools to track performance and generate insights.
