CTDI is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift (3:30PM - 12:00AM, Mon-Fri) in Indiana. You will lead production teams, monitor KPIs, and provide first-line issue resolution while coaching staff to meet targets.

The role emphasizes training, attendance/ payroll duties, and daily performance reporting. SAP, Lean Six Sigma knowledge and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Technical degree or certification preferred.
