Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in the United States seeks a Production Manager III to provide manufacturing leadership for top tier hyper scale developers. You will oversee complex production programs, drive process improvements, and mentor junior managers while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead scheduling, safety, QA/QC, and customer-aligned production goals, with travel up to 10%. The role leverages Rosendin's ESOP, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversee advanced technical programs and supervise site staff.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle preferred.
• Strong prioritization and adaptability under time pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs for high technical complexity.
• Propose initiatives to improve production processes.
• Prepare the bill of materials for each production program.
• Ensure product designs are followed on the floor.
• Coordinate with BVA lead to align manpower with schedules.
• Maintain QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate with program GF on production schedules.
• Coordinate with program management on customer needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Safety Team to ensure safe practices.
• Mentor PM I/II with technical knowledge and leadership.
• Provide guidance to PM I/II.
• Serve as senior production leader when Head of Production is unavailable.
• Duties describe general scope; other duties may be assigned.
