Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager III for its MPS-Energy division in Houston. The role oversees manufacturing support for highly complex projects, driving production schedules, QA/QC, and safety adherence on program-wide initiatives.

You will mentor junior managers, coordinate manpower, and act as senior production lead when the Head of Production is unavailable. A technical field background is essential.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert knowledge of construction and electrical industry.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversee the most advanced technical programs and supervise site/staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and proactive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall manufacturing support and oversight for top tier projects.
• Ensure production programs are overseen and managed consistently on complex programs.
• Collaborate with BVA lead to match production scheduling demand.
• QA/QC processes are followed and adhered to.
• Coordinate with program GF to create and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate with customer needs and timelines with program management teams.
• Collaborate with Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
