Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing oversight for enterprise-level developers. You will lead production programs, ensure scheduling and QA/QC, and collaborate with safety teams to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements include a technical degree and extensive field electrical/construction experience. Travel up to 10% and a path to mentorship of the next generation of production leaders are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician required.
• Minimum 12 years field / industrialized construction and/or manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs and ensure consistency across projects of intermediate complexity.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes and scheduling.
• Prepare bill of materials for respective production programs.
• Ensure design intent is followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Collaborate with safety, program management, and staffing to meet timelines.
• Mentor Production Manager I and communicate transparently with teams.
