Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Production Manager I to provide manufacturing support for assigned programs. The role involves directing production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to QA/QC standards on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a licensed electrician and 7+ years in field/industrial construction or manufacturing, with a technical degree preferred. Occasional travel may be required and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician.
• Minimum 7 years field/industrialized construction and/or manufacturing experience; combination acceptable.
• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage directives to ensure all production programs are overseen and managed consistently.
• Think BIG about improving production processes and efficiency.
• Prepare the bill of materials for the production program.
• Adhere to product design on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate with the BVA lead for manpower to match production scheduling demand.
• Assist with QA/QC processes being followed.
• Collaborate with the program GF in creating and maintaining production schedules.
• Coordinate with program management regarding customer needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
