Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing oversight for enterprise-level projects in Houston, TX.

You will lead intermediate technical programs, ensure material readiness, and maintain safe, efficient production scheduling while mentoring junior managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires deep electrical industry knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously on site

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician.
• Minimum 12 years field/industrialized construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs of intermediate scope and complexity.
• Ensure bill of materials is prepared for the production program.
• Follow QA/QC processes and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with BVA lead to align manpower with production scheduling.
• Collaborate with program management to create and maintain production schedules.
• Mentor Production Manager I and communicate clearly with teams.
• Maintain safe manufacturing practices with the Safety Team.
• Coordinate with customers to align timelines and deliveries.
