Rosendin's Modular Power Solutions seeks a Production Manager III to provide manufacturing leadership for top-tier hyper-scale projects in the United States. You will oversee programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to safety and QA/QC standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction and electrical industries, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualificações

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 15 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician.
• Minimum 18 years field/industrialized construction and/or manufacturing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production programs with end-to-end management on highly complex projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements at scale.
• Prepare bill of materials for each production program.
• Ensure manufacturing floor aligns with product design.
• Coordinate manpower with the BVA lead to match scheduling demand.
• Adhere to QA/QC processes across programs.
• Collaborate with program GF to create and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with program management to meet customer needs and timelines.
• Work with Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
• Mentor Production Managers I and II; provide guidance when Head of Production is unavailable.
• Serve as senior production team lead in absence of Head of Production.
