Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager II for MPS-Energy in Houston, TX. You will oversee manufacturing support and production programs, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, efficient operations on enterprise-level electrical projects.

The role requires a technical degree and 10+ years of field electrical experience, with at least 12 years in construction/manufacturing. Travel up to 10% is possible and Rosendin offers ESOP and generous benefits.

Qualifications

Knowledge of construction and electrical industry is preferred.
Ability to lead intermediate technical programs and collaborate with sites and staff.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing support and production programs for enterprise level projects.
Develop and maintain production schedules with program teams.
Ensure QA/QC processes are followed and safety practices are observed.
Coordinate with manpower planning to match production demand.
Mentor and support junior production staff.
