Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a premier Head of Production to steer all production programs and set the floor’s strategic direction in alignment with project schedules.

The leader will drive cross‑functional collaboration, nurture safety culture, and ensure QA/QC rigor while guiding Production Managers at multiple levels. The role demands extensive field electrical experience, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing manufacturing processes within heavy industrial or construction

Qualifications

• 18 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician.
• 20 years field/industrialized construction and/or manufacturing experience.
• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute organizational initiatives to oversee production programs.
• Develop and drive the production floor strategic plan aligned with program schedules.
• Ensure effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive results from Production Managers and guide safety culture.
• Mentor Production Manager I, II and III.
• Coordinate manpower with the BVA lead to match scheduling demand.
• Oversee adherence to QA/QC processes and procedures.
