Qualifications

• Experience supervising site and staff and acting as SME for production programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall manufacturing support and oversight for top tier projects.
• Ensure production programs are overseen and managed consistently.
• Coordinate manpower to match production scheduling demand.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and safe manufacturing practices.
• Develop and maintain production schedules with program GF and management teams.
• Mentor Production Manager I and II and guide junior leaders.
