Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Production Manager II for its MPS-Energy division in Houston. You will oversee enterprise-level manufacturing programs, ensure production directives are followed, and drive process improvements across schedules and resources.

The role requires a deep electrical field background, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician.
• Minimum 12 years field/industrialized construction and/or manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs with intermediate scope and technical complexity.
• Coordinate manpower to match production scheduling demand.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and safe manufacturing practices.
• Lead production teams and mentor junior managers.
• Collaborate with program management and safety teams on timelines and risks.
