Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver electrical construction projects from inception through closeout on multiple sites in Houston. You will manage a team of PMs and coordinators, drive safety, schedule, cost controls, and client relations to exceed expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical construction, a strong grounding in project financials, and leadership to optimize performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• PE license is a plus and may enhance opportunities.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, schedules, and cost controls for electrical builds.
• Lead and mentor project managers and coordinators on site.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders and track project logs.
• Maintain liaison with clients, A/E, and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality, budgets, and timelines across projects.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and forecast project financials.
