Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Production Manager II for the MPS-Energy division. This role oversees enterprise-level manufacturing support for major developers and ensures production programs meet scope and technical standards.

The candidate will mentor junior managers, drive process improvements, and coordinate with safety, material, and scheduling teams to meet customer timelines. A technical background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead intermediate technical programs and collaborate with site and staff as required; be the SME for the production program.
• Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
• Work well under time pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
• Interact professionally with all levels of staff, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• The Head of Production directives to ensure production programs are overseen and managed consistently.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes.
• Prepare the bill of materials for the production programs.
• Ensure product design is followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate with the BVA lead for manpower to match production scheduling.
• QA/QC processes are followed and adhered to.
• Collaborate with the program GF to create and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate with program management regarding customer needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
