Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc seeks a Production Manager II MPS-Energy to provide manufacturing leadership for enterprise level energy projects. You will oversee programs, coordinate manpower, and ensure QA/QC across schedules while mentoring staff and aligning with safety standards.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure within a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industries required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead intermediate technical programs and serve as technical SME with stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs to ensure consistency on intermediate projects.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Compile necessary bill of materials for production programs.
• Ensure product design is followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate with the BVA lead to match manpower with demand.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and compliance.
• Collaborate with program GF to create and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with program management on customer needs and timelines.
• Work with Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices and mentor junior staff.
