THE·TEAM in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a VP, Experiential Operations & Production to lead end-to-end production for flagship experiential programs and live events. You will translate client objectives into scalable production plans, manage budgets and teams, and partner with senior leaders to deliver high-impact experiences that drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in experiential, live event or integrated production.
• Agency environment experience and leadership of complex, high-visibility programs.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with large budgets.
• Proven people leadership with ability to develop talent.
• Executive presence to build trusted client relationships.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure and risk-aware.
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for complex experiential programs from brief to closeout.
• Translate concepts into scopes, plans, budgets and contingency plans.
• Oversee multiple large project teams with consistent delivery standards.
• Own project financial management, including cost modeling, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Build and manage production partners network with vendors across disciplines.
• Set standards for safety, permitting, insurance and escalation.
• Collaborate with senior clients and agency leaders to present recommendations.
• Improve processes, tools and resourcing; mentor producers.
