Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or related fields.
• Proven track record taking events from concept through completion.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Calm, resourceful, and quick-thinking in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and vendors.
• Creative problem solver who focuses on solutions.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on production and execution.
• Solid understanding of production budgets and timelines.
• Experience with freelancers, crews, or junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bring major events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns to life from idea to execution.
• Own production pieces: schedules, staffing, vendors, budgets, and on-site details.
• Build relationships with venues, suppliers, and production partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into polished experiences.
• Take charge on-site, managing teams and logistics from load-in to wrap.
• Anticipate challenges and craft smart, creative solutions as plans shift.
• Help develop efficient production processes as the agency grows.
• Provide direction to freelancers, event staff, and junior team members.
