Job summary

Celestica is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations in a high-volume electronics setting. The role requires 7–10+ years of progressive leadership, with deep expertise in liquid cooling solutions and data center rack assembly.

Qualifications

7 to 10+ years in high-volume electronics or complex system manufacturing with 3+ years in a direct management role.
Experience in EMS or related high-tech hardware; liquid cooling and rack-level integration is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; strong leadership and training ability.

Responsibilities

Direct daily production schedule to achieve on-time delivery and budget targets.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks; maintain high quality and throughput.
Oversee integration lines for complex systems including testing and rework.
Drive KPI achievement for yield, cost reduction, and throughput.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce waste.
Communicate production status and escalate issues to senior management.
Ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulatory requirements.
