Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead EMS assembly lines focusing on advanced liquid cooling solutions and data center racks. You will oversee daily production, quality, safety, and team performance to meet target outputs in a high‑volume environment.

The role requires 4–6 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities, and a strong background in electronic assembly processes. Expect shift flexibility and opportunities for Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
• EMS experience with complex system assembly, including liquid cooling components or data center rack integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate line personnel to achieve production goals.
• Solid understanding of electronic assembly processes and production tools.
• Proficiency with Excel for production data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly output and own daily/weekly production targets.
• Coordinate personnel and materials to meet daily production goals.
• Direct line management for assembly of complex systems and resolve bottlenecks in real time.
• Enforce quality standards; perform inline inspections and root cause analysis with corrective actions (8D).
• Lead and develop frontline staff; manage shifts, attendance, and performance reviews.
