Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead customer product lines in a high-volume electronics manufacturing facility.

You will oversee daily production, ensure quality and safety, and drive team efficiency on complex assemblies including liquid cooling components and data center racks. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of EMS experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

4 to 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing with supervisory or team lead experience.
EMS experience with complex system assembly, including liquid cooling or data center racks.
Associate's Degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred; Bachelor's degree also noted.
Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Forecasting: Contributes to monthly forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets.
Daily Operational Oversight: Coordinate personnel and materials to meet daily production goals.
Line Management and Efficiency: Manage lines for complex assemblies, resolve bottlenecks in real-time.
Quality and Compliance: Enforce quality standards, inspect in-line, perform root-cause analysis, 8D actions.
Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Team Leadership: Lead, instruct, mentor, and evaluate frontline staff; manage shifts.
Safety: Enforce EHS policies and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
