Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• EMS experience with complex system assembly, including liquid cooling components or data center rack integration.
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred in a technical field.
• Proven ability to train and motivate line personnel to achieve production goals.
• Understanding of electronic assembly processes and production tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: contribute to monthly forecasts and own daily/weekly output and quality targets.
• Daily Operational Oversight: coordinate personnel and materials to meet daily production goals.
• Line Management and Efficiency: manage lines for complex assemblies and resolve bottlenecks in real-time.
• Quality and Compliance: enforce standards, perform in-line inspections, and address defects with root-cause analysis.
• Communication: effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Team Leadership: lead, mentor, schedule shifts, and evaluate performance.
• Safety: enforce EHS policies and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) to improve efficiency and ergonomics.
