Job summary

Celestica Inc. invites applications for a Sr. Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for datacenter racks and liquid cooling integration.

You will guide NPI launches, establish SOPs, and implement process controls to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to optimize layouts, workflow, and labor standards while championing continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4–6 years in manufacturing/process engineering roles in datacenter or related industries.
Experience with liquid cooling design/assembly for racks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing processes for datacenter rack production lines.
Perform DFM/DFA reviews to identify cost reductions and constraints.
Develop SOPs, guidelines, and process controls for liquid cooling integration.
