Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead customer product lines in our Denton, TX electronics manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of industry experience, with a focus on assembling and integrating advanced liquid cooling solutions and data center racks.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in EMS with complex system assembly, including liquid cooling components and data center rack integration.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (Engineering, Manufacturing Technology) is preferred.
• Proven ability to train and motivate line personnel to achieve production goals in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Contributes to monthly forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets.
• Daily Operational Oversight: Receive production plans and directly coordinate personnel and materials to meet daily production goals.
• Line Management and Efficiency: Directly manage and monitor production lines for assembly of complex systems, resolving bottlenecks in real-time.
• Quality and Compliance: Enforce quality standards, perform in-line inspections, and address defects with root cause analysis (8D).
• Communication: Effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Team Leadership: Lead, instruct, mentor, and motivate frontline production staff; manage shifts and evaluations.
• Safety: Enforce all EHS policies and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) at the line level to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
