Job summary

Celestica in Richardson, TX is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide customer product lines in a high-volume electronics manufacturing setting. You will oversee daily production, ensure line quality, and drive safety and efficiency while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

4–6+ years in high-volume manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision.
Experience in EMS with complex system assembly including liquids cooling components.
Bachelor's or Associate degree in engineering/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Forecasting and meeting daily/weekly output and quality targets.
Oversee production plans and coordinate personnel and materials.
Directly manage lines for complex system assembly and resolve bottlenecks.
Enforce quality standards, perform in-line inspections, and drive corrective actions.
Communicate with internal/external customers and lead frontline staff.
Manage shifts, attendance, and perform performance evaluations.
Enforce EHS policies and drive Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
