Job summary

Celestica is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to lead customer product lines within our electronics manufacturing facility. The role focuses on the assembly and integration of advanced liquid cooling solutions and data center racks, with 4–6 years of related experience and a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• EMS experience with complex system assembly, including liquid cooling components or data center rack integration.
• Associates degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage line personnel to achieve goals in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of electronic assembly processes, mechanical fitting, and familiarity with production tools/machinery.
• Proficiency with basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: contributes to monthly forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets.
• Daily Operational Oversight: coordinate personnel and materials to meet production plans.
• Line Management and Efficiency: manage lines for complex assemblies, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues.
• Quality and Compliance: enforce standards, perform in-line inspections, address defects and implement corrective actions (8D).
• Communication: effectively interact with internal and external customers.
• Team Leadership: lead, instruct, mentor, and evaluate frontline staff; manage shifts and attendance.
• Safety: enforce EHS policies and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
